Performance Video Editor at AS Beauty

At AS Beauty, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and edit both organic and paid video and static ads for AS beauty brands (Bliss, Cover FX, Laura Geller, Mally Beauty, and Julep Beauty), ensuring each ad aligns with the brand's voice and audience. I develop multiple versions to test performance metrics like hook and hold rate, CTR, ROAS, and CTA. I ideate, produce, shoot, host, and edit original ads that frequently exceed brand ROAS averages. Additionally, I pitch and concept strategic ad ideas based on internal, social, and market research. On average, I edit over 15 individual ad concepts each month, with at least four versions per concept.
